Needed for Target drops
Target emails a verification code when we sign in. An app password lets us read that code from your inbox, so your checkout never stalls. Steps for Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo and Outlook.

Amazon entries need 2-Step Verification on with an authenticator app, plus the key behind it, so the checkout can work out your 6-digit code itself.
