FAQ
Questions people ask first
Do you buy the products and resell them?
No. We do the work for you, we don’t sell to you. The order is yours from the start: your account, your payment, your address.
How much does it cost?
Nothing up front, and nothing at all if we don’t get you the item. When we do, we take 20% of the profit — what it’s worth at the time, minus what you paid — and up to 25% on the hardest releases. No profit, no fee. The Pricing page has the full breakdown.
Where do we get our market prices?
We typically get our prices from TCGplayer or eBay. If you have a question about why we’re using one website and not another, ask in the questions channel on our Discord or open a ticket.
Is every checkout guaranteed?
No, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. Some drops are gone in seconds, and retailers cancel orders after the fact. What we can promise is that you always know what happened.
Why do some drops ask for my retailer login?
Because the order has to be placed on your account, and that means signing in. Target also asks for an email app password so we can grab the code it emails during sign-in; Amazon uses your authenticator key for the same reason. Without one of those, the checkout sits there waiting on you.
What happens to my card details?
They stay with the entry you added them to, so we can run it again on a restock. They sit in a restricted vault, and you can wipe them whenever: delete the entry before it checks out, or once its fee is paid, and the card goes with it.
What if I only want certain products?
Say so in the notes box on your entry. "Don’t run me on the Elite Trainer Box", "two max", whatever it is — we read it before the drop and run you the way you asked.
Can I cancel an entry?
Yes, right up until it checks out — delete it and everything saved with it goes too. Once it has checked out, you can delete it as soon as the fee is paid.
