Questions people ask first
Do you buy the products and resell them?
No. We act for you. The order is yours, placed on your retailer account with your payment, and shipped to your address.
How much does it cost?
Nothing up front. We take 20% of the profit (market value at the time of sale, minus what you paid) on most items, and up to 30% on select high-demand releases. No checkout or no profit means no fee. See the Pricing page for details.
Is every checkout guaranteed?
No. Limited drops sell out in seconds, and retailers can cancel or flag orders. Your dashboard shows how each entry went.
Why do some drops ask for my retailer login?
Target and Amazon orders run on your own account, so we need to sign in to it. Those drops also ask for an email app password, so we can read the verification code the retailer emails during sign-in.
What happens to my card details?
They’re only kept for the checkout they were entered for. They’re deleted once it runs, when the drop closes, when you delete the entry, or after seven days at most.
Can I cancel an entry?
Yes. Delete it from your dashboard at any time, and its stored details are deleted with it.
