Terms

How PhoenixVault ACO works, and what you agree to when you use it.

  1. Your account, your order. Orders are placed on your own retailer account, paid with your own payment method, and shipped to your address. We don’t resell products or hold your money.
  2. Service fee. Nothing is charged up front. After a successful checkout we charge a share of the profit: 20% on most items and up to 30% on select releases. Profit is the item’s market value at the time of sale minus what you paid. No checkout, or no profit, means no fee. See Pricing.
  3. Paying fees. Fees are due once they’re sent to you. New entries are paused while a fee is unpaid.
  4. No guarantees. Limited drops sell out fast, and retailers can cancel, limit or flag orders. We’re not responsible for orders that fail or are cancelled.
  5. Accurate details. You confirm the details you submit are correct and that the accounts and payment methods are yours to use. For Amazon and Target, your name, phone number and email must match the retailer account exactly.
  6. Messages. We contact you through Discord direct messages and by email. Stay in the PhoenixVault Discord server and allow DMs from server members so you don’t miss checkout results or fees.
  7. Your entries. You can delete any entry at any time, which deletes the details stored with it. Card details are deleted after the checkout runs, when the drop closes, or after seven days at most.
